Happens to me from time to time - there's a more detailed guide in here somewhere, but hopefully this top of my head works for you...

Bring up Windows Explorer (Win+E), and in the address bar, type "%temp%\Low", without the quotation marks
In this folder, you should find a folder named "arcadeox" - rename this to something else, say "arcadeox!"
Try loading the game again
Cross your fingers...
