@PP1969GR all of the games you listed are correct. Ties are correctly go to the fastest play time.
The ties and leaderboard are updated once per day. So when a score is first approved ties are inserted randomly. Then within 24 hours it is sorted by play time.
As far as the ties that are missing from your personal score page -
My Game Rankings - seems to be a bug that is random. Refreshing the page will remove and add some of your ties. Sorry, no time to fix that at the moment.

Nope. Reaching a score in faster time requires more skill. Being top simply because played on a different date is cheap.
IMO. Ties should either be shared or go to who played fastest.
