You have that backwards. Trump has been in legal trouble for decades. He either settles out of court to avoid being found guilty or he sues the party that is suing him, in other words he uses his fortune and high paid lawyers to intimidate people into dropping the case. Just go read about Trump University to see the kind of scum bag he really is. He deceived thousands of people and raked in hundreds of thousands of dollars from them. Then when an attorney general got involved they found that Trump was possibly breaking the law by dishonestly referring to it as a university and he was forced to change it. He then sued a former student to silence her and lost. Three lawsuits connected to that are still pending.
So how many things has Hillary done by comparison? Off the top of my head I remember Whitewater, no conviction, and Bengazhi, no conviction after countless attempts from conservatives. Why is it fair to call her a literal criminal and not Trumpy? Let me guess, you like Trump so he's not a bad guy.
