Also, the Yakuza games on ps3/4 have mahjong in them in addition to being all around fun games.

Thanks DM, I checked out Tenhou but wasn't able to get it going; this is probably due to the fact my comp is nearly 10 years old.

I've heard about the Yakuza games and they sound pretty good, but it's out of my reach financially.
SO I was trying for what is probably the 15th time to get
Janryumon when I discovered a post saying that the game has been discontinued, and ported to mobile devices in a different, updated, more realistic form.
And I was like:
NOOOOOOOO~!!
I want the 'old' version, the really fun - looking one with the awesome animations, great soundtrack, etc.
I would have
bought that game if it was still available ...
Anyway, I was playing
Pro Mahjong Kiwame 64 (Japan) {best Mahjong on RU, in my opinion} and got a MONSTER hand which I won by Ron {incorporating another player's dealt tile into your hand}, which included a combination of 7 Dragon and Wind tiles {bonus tiles}, and even though I didn't have the Dora {special bonus tile}, it still came up
Hane Man~!
{a hand worth 12000 - 18000 points}
I wish I had taken screenshots, I was positively
on fire that night.
I was on top for all 4 rounds and won the game {for the very first time}, a great feeling.
