It's actually a good message despite the immature comedy. At the very least it's a good thing for Sandlers fanbase to see because a lot of them are probably homophobes to some degree.
Sandler typically plays the same character in all his movies. Typical ignorant guy who is only interested in sex and being a guy. Anger Management is no exception.

that's different.
But taken as it is, and in conjunction with that one scene from Anger Management I quoted, you can see how it looked.

me laugh - no doubt

Bottom line:
