Yeah, it's kind of dumb that there's no focus on customer satisfaction whatsoever anymore, especially with AAA developers.
I guess that's the side-effect of being able to release patches for games, in the past if a game was released with game-breaking glitches that were unavoidable, well, that was it and the company's reputation took a hit, but if there's patches you can release a half-finished game and straight up say that you won't fix the problems at this time, and people will still say "well, maybe they'll get to it eventually," and even if they never fix it, they still end up making more and more money the next time around.
