It helps you keep in touch with people, and that is a wonderful thing. People who's phone numbers I don't have and people who I have lost contact with are great to see on these websites, and there have been a few instances when I have found friends that I hadn't seen in forever, and I now keep in touch with. If you don't want a myspace or facebook that is fine, but I think it is a wonderful thing.
