Starcraft 64 is a terrible port.

Unusual ones that are pretty cool-
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Herzog Zwei - Worth a try for sure.
Retro Uprising - Arcade - King's Bounty: The Conqueror's Quest - Score enabled, turn based.
Retro Uprising - Arcade - Ogre Battle: The March Of The Black Queen - One of my favorites, also worth a try for sure.

There's also the Populous games, they might be considered RTS in a way but they're mainly God sims. PowerMonger and Tyrants too.
