Megaupload provided a service, the service has good intentions. Some users use the service for copy right infringement. When MU is made aware of that, they delete the files and ban the user.

Nah I'm not too familiar with it since I never use anything like it. I just think it's pretty obvious to everyone that hosting potentially copyrighted material, intentionally or not, comes with risks. That's why so many youtube videos are garbage, they remove the sound for copyright infringement. I can't even listen to certain Bob Dylan songs on there, it's ridiculous.
