I have experience with World Guard and Lockette, let me explain this.

@DB: You can still build anywhere you want for free. But if you want to pay in game money you can make it so only you can build in that area. It's optional.

@Guardian: I REALLY want to play when its released. I say start the map when 1.0 is out and add bukkit afterwards. I don't want to wait any longer.
