Btw the people who got compromised revealed too much personal info on twitter or facebook I think. This was also over a year ago so things have only become more strict since then.
Also I'm really not just trying to defend MS because I use their service. They've pissed me off a lot recently and I have no fanboy love to get past that. I just think you guys are making a mountain out of a molehill. This is nothing.

Actually, I emphasised the fact that it was a "small example" an 2 seperate occassions, any mountain you are detecting was not my doing.
And did you just notice that the security breaches you mentioned were through calling the support line? This was supposed to be more secure I thought.

I predicted this when MS first entered the market, took a lot longer than I expected but it is upon us none the less. This also solidifies my prediction that we wont see another MS console.
This is still technically in rumor phase as of now though.
