I do. Not normally to that extent, but the police where I live are braindead enough to do such a thing if a person they were chasing got stuck and went and tried to push themselves out.
I know the police around here are that stupid, because apparently a baby cow was enough of a threat to warrant being shot with a
taiser tazer one of those little guns that shoot wires that they then pass electricity through until it died, or apparently an old priest was enough of a threat to warrant being shot and killed, or a mentally challenged man with a bottle of Pepsi was apparently a big enough threat to get beat to death while his breathing was being restricted.
