Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider - example: Comcast, AT&T, AOL, Charter) COMCAST

What Antivirus program are you using? (Example: Norton, Avast, G-Data, AVG) NORTON

Do you use a firewall? (Example: ZoneAlarm or you are at school or work or library - if you don't know then the answer is probably no.) NO

What state do you live in? CALIFORNIA

Can you test this on another computer in your house?Does that work? I want to know if two computers in one house have the same problem or not so I can tell if it is the computer or the Internet connection. NO OTHER COMPUTER (it is working on my work computer though)

Can you test your computer on a different Internet connection? (Example: take your laptop to a friends house, cyber cafe or work) NO

This may not help you, but last time this happened you gave me the AOX Coinop reset link and everything was resolved. That was at least 2 months ago.
