I don't know, but today I decided to take action and I wrote and email to the... uhm... headmaster? I'm not sure what his position would translate to in English, but I also spoke with the uhm... the director of my area... (I really suck at translating positions). She said she'd speak with her boss about it and have an answer for next week. If that doesn't work I'm going to organize a petition signing.... try to get the school to get bigger broadband.
