1. Put a Vista install disk in your computer.
2. Install Download details: Automated Installation Kit (AIK) for Windows Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008
3. Install Download - vLite - Windows Vista configuration tool
4. Run Vlite
5. Select your DVD drive that has Vista in it.
6. Go through the steps - disable components you don't need. Be careful, and only disable things you understand - and google the different components.
7. Create an ISO
8. Burn that ISO to DVD label it vlite install disk
9. Back up all of your files to DVD
10. Reboot with the vlite install disk in your computer and reinstall windows.
