There is not a simple answer. If it can technically be added and you make it yourself and you want it on the site then I will add it. By technically possible it has to run in a stand alone folder. Can't make any calls outside such as to my documents, registry, program files etc. I am working on file size limits so that shouldn't be a problem any more. There are a couple other exceptions but that covers the bulk.

I hate those two because they ruin the competition for a game and are difficult to track.

Already added to the next version of the site. I was hoping it would be ready by Feb but things have gone slow, I haven't got much work time in this month so hopefully by March or April now.
