Hey buddy. Glad to hear things are going pretty well overall. I'm doing okay. It's been another busy year of recording (on a few projects), and other every day life stuff too. I'm trying to make a bit more time for RU, though.

Did I tell you I'm planning to go to DragonCon this year? Is that maybe one you were going to go to? That would be awesome if you were going.

Wow bro, those Kansas ones sound cool too. There may not be quite as many people as the coast ones, but the guests and acivities looked great. Billy Dee Williams, Gil Gerard, and not to mention ERIN GRAY!!!

I will probably try to go to Dragon con in September if I can. That's in Atlanta, GA and looks waayyy bigger than the one I went to, so yeah I got the fever!!!

I will hopefully be able to upload some pics this week, and I'll try to forward you some of the really cool costumes that people wore. Pretty awesome stuff!

I think some of the reason I never went, is I really didn't know what to expect. Now that I have gone to one, I am hooked and hope to go to many more.

Yeah. It was really fun Smit. I met and/or got to hang out with several peeps including Brent Spiner, Corin Nemec, Tia Carrera, Paul McGillion, Bruce Boxleitner, and Charisma Carpenter. I was in panels of some of the others like Robert Picardo, Peter Mayhew, Daniel Logan, and a few others, but didn't have a chance to talk to them.

There were also a ton of comic peeps there that are too numerous to mention, but I hung out what feels like half the weekend with Billy Tucci (of Shi fame). He was a really cool guy to hang out with. Sadly I didn't have the chance to meet Stan Lee, but I heard he was really funny.

To answer your other question, I did buy a bunch of stuff there, but I tried to limit myself so I wouldn't go crazy. Honestly, it was so fun, I could have spent another 5 days there easy and still not wouldn't be able to see everything or talk to everyone. I'll try to upload some pics of some of the costumes when I can, and PM you some. Really good times.

Hey Smitty. The convention was great! I had a ton of fun. The advice you gave was all good. I must admit, though there were thousands of people there, the people were all really cool and mostly nice. By the way, the one I went to was the Megacon in Orlando.
