If you stick to the roads you'll be fine. In the early game leaving the road means much harder enemies like Giant Radscorpions and those Cazadores.

Nevermind I think they're only in NV anyways. They're like a giant horse fly. They attack in groups and they poison you. The poison is strong and you will die without an antidote or lots of stimpacks. On a high level it's not so bad but still can kill you if you're hurt and poisoned.
When I fought them I'd use the strongest rifle I had to take them out asap. I forget the name of the gun but it was a light machine gun, the big bad ass kind with full auto. Shred those bugs to pieces.

Yeah they're about as pathetic as enemies get. But at least they're not supposed to be hostile creatures. It's actually kinda sad to kill them because it looks like a family of mutated creatures. Like the Bhramins you encounter.

I slaughter those baby cazadores though. You fought them yet? No mercy for those pests.

Funny you mention them. In NV I didn't really see them until I was already strong so when ever I shot them their heads blew off. It's been a while now but I remember that happening wherever I shot them. They didn't fly around, just boom.

I wish I could've recorded my playthrough. I had some enemies go flying through the air. Seems like wolves and other four legged animals are on springs when they die.

The video description was funny too.

These things are quite hard to use but the payoff kill is so glorious that I can't help but use them. The video also includes a feral ghoul doing a backflip but he doesn't stick it.
