The main difference is somedude got his infractions from deliberate actions. Sez and Xfighter did it innocently and apologized for it.

I was trying to cut you some slack because I didn't want to ruin the Star Trek game but you just had to keep pushing. That makes me really mad which means you will never get another chance here. Even when bans are reset for everyone else you will keep yours.
