Ya you have about 1.2 seconds and then the screen is gone forever. I know exactly what you mean. I've been at 130k with 9 lives to go and didn't make 150k. Lousy 3rd rounds.

OMG...just had a 190,800 game on q*bert...only 300 pts shy of WR....and didn't manage to hit the F12 in time....could report for them to review but nah...only will do that if WR...I blew it...had 5 lives left at 175....although you know some screens they throw at you are ridiculous!!! I somehow got through 6-3 without dying!! those 3rd rounds of each level are by far the hardest... 4th round difficult also...was on 7-4 that game.

good NES-q*bert score....so close to WR...I just tried a few myself...one game I was at 150k with 7 men left...lost 6 on next screen and next one was game over. next game after that everything was after me the entire time...never would let me build up any men....this game that has really crappy controller input....think about 200k is likely max due to luck factor.
