alright, I'll do what I can, If you live close enough together like within the State/Province then this should work out okay. (I can't connect with anyone since I'm really the only person in Wester canada )

Note: this only works with Snes on ArcadeOx full mode.
1)You need to obtain each others IP adress
2)once you do that then go to netplay.
3)Decide which one of you will host, Whoever hosts will have to click act as server in netplay and that person will be online.
3-1) the person hostng will get a popup saying "note" it will give you a host name and a port number, Ignore the host name that will be the IP adress instead. The port number tell the conecter the port number.
4)The other person who isn't hosting will have to click connect to server instead.
5)then it will ask for a host name and a port number like before, Simply enter the other pesons IP adress who is hosting in the server adress and enter the number given before for the port number. This should get you online
