If it's a screenshot honor system tournament, I don't think we can require inps for only a couple of games. If people are going to cheat in a screenshot tournament they're going to cheat. Using MAME it is trivially easy to cheat in a screenshot tournament on every game in the tournament. I think the decision has already been made that we aren't requiring INPs for all submissions but only for 1st places.

Several at TG are inquiring about Battle Garegga. Can anyone confirm settings? Is this a typo on the tournament site? Thanks
