Krendall. I tried to log in some time ago and it said my password data was lost due to some server issue. It gave me a link to get an email to reset it, but it never shows up. I've checked every folder I have. I created this account to try to get someone's attention and hopefully fix this. The only reason I haven't done this sooner is I honestly didn't think about creating another account to contact someone until now.
Please help!
