Sometimes I forgot English is another language, with another figures of speech... and that a simple translation is sometimes insufficient to make himself understood. I'll try be more literal in future.
No I get that part. It's just the Ostrich part is weird because that never comes up in conversation around here really. I think if we'd make a comparison it would be a pig, they eat anything and don't care if they sit in crap.

From here, a guy with "ostrich's stomach" is someone who can handle things difficult for most. For example, eating things not exactly tasteful, dating ugly girls - or playing games another people don't like!
