when you say it supports multiplayer, do you mean online multiplayer or offline?
I kind of have high doubts about an n64 emulator. Even the ones I have on computer have problems with roms always in some way whether it be an fps problem, minor or even major graphical errors.
And so once I have the homebrew installed I don't need to transport anything over a usb drive anymore? Or do I still need to get my roms and such off the computer?
Tons of emulators, apps and homebrew games. You can download them all from the homebrew browser directly to your Wii. I've only used the Game Boy Advance one, witch was excellent, and the sdlmame one, also excellent but you need to get a specific romset for it. Mame also supports multiplayer. GBAGX does not, unless it's been updated over the last 8 months.
That's all I've tried for emulators so I can't say how well the other work. Also, the Gamecube controller was supported for both of those I think.
awesome, I haven't done much looking into it but what kind of things can I do? Like emulators and stuff, can I get decent like n64, ps1, snes, genesis, etc. emulators for it? Main reason I want to do this to the wii is in case I want to play certain games with my friends or my brother. I can't really use my computer for that because that sucks and one of my ps3 controllers triggers don't work for the computer anyways.
I remember you saying you installed homebrews on your nintendo wii via an sd card. Can the same thing be done with a usb flash drive? I have no SD card slot on my computer...
he did that, and Im in chat with him. He asked whats up and I said we both had life to deal with and you wont be home until 12 which it was (EST) when I mentioned it. He said you could have 2-3 hours to submit a score.
