Why would you be banned? I think Kong just said that scores below 90% wouldn't be approved, but I don't think you get banned if your computer is slow.

My PC is really really fast, and what I am seeing right now is it is running the games 4-5 times faster than it's supposed to. This seems to be especially true for Coin-Op games.

I think a lot of it is that many games on RU run at 3-4 times the actual speed. I am seeing this in the Coin-Op games a lot right now. I just played a few games, and many of them are hitting spikes of 300-400% in the FPS category. I don't think it's you. I think it's probably the faster game.
