Mario had his own show as well, a few of them. It doesn't bother me. I actually remember watching one of sonics shows when I was young, but I can't remember much about it. That sort of thing doesn't phase me though, look at yoshi's story, very childish story but I like it as a platformer.

As for sonic's gameplay, it's quite different. It's usually fast but there are a lot of areas that are just good platforming too. Only level that ever gets me relatively bored are the oil ocean levels. I get lost and there isn't too much to it.

I mean Sonic was designed to get young kids into Sega. He's a stupid cartoon character that makes no sense, but he has attitude! The actual gameplay got boring quick for me.

Yeah I mean the characters. There's not one I like, they all look kinda retarded to me. It's all good though, the game was designed for me anyways.

the characters? I'm referring to the genesis ones. If you total up the genesis games, then there is 4 characters. If you mean the later sonic games then I'm with ya.

I dunno what it is about those games but I lose interest quick. Maybe it's the characters.

I actually finally beat it now (I beat it with knuckles before, but that's easy), last 4 bosses at the end weren't too bad. I like the sonic games, I never played sonic 1 much nor do I own it but I like the rest. A friend actually wanted to race me to see who could get the furthest at it considering I beat him bad a while ago with a sonic 2 race through the game :P

Meh I never liked any of those much.

Got a bad head cold, so I've been taking my mind off it by playing sonic and contra on Xbox mostly. Sonic & Knuckles is extremely difficult considering I never played it much. Also, I think it just is a lot harder than the others by far.
