It's cool so far but it just crashed for me. It's a beta so that will happen sometimes. Let me know if it works ok for you.

If you have a FB account you can get it. Just log in, search for Tribes: Ascend and like it. Once you like it you'll have the option to redeem the beta code. Once you accept it you'll be given a code and asked to download the installer. Keep the FB page open or copy the code down. Go to where ever you downloaded the installer and run it. After that's done and ready to play you'll have to type in the code. After that you'll be able to jump right in.

If your PC is slow you might not be able to run it though, you'll just have to run it and see.


Don't worry about the swear thing. Stuff like hell, damn, ass are ok. It's just the curse words that are considered bad, like what you wouldn't see on normal TV or a PG-13 movie. There's no harm or foul, just a warning.

Clicking on the tabs for "earn points" and "Statistics" will go into more detail about how points are earned.

Mastery is beating games in score mode. There's a section in the rules explaining how to go about it-
Retro Uprising - FAQ - Section 5 is where mastery is talked about.

The icons next to our names are badges. If you hover over them they'll say what they're for, like the Kirby one I got for being voted best moderator of 2009. The forum awards are done yearly by member votes. The game related ones are earned in contests.

hey dude i have a question and didnt know where 2 look so maybe u can help me....what is the deal with the level thing? and how do u make your level go up...also what is mastery? and the little trophy things like the ones next to your name...kirby the star ect....thanx its greatly appreciated
