Enter = load game, start game
Cursor keys = move left, right, (up + either Right Alt or Ctrl to jump up to a platform, down + either Right Alt or Ctrl to jump down from a platform).
Right Alt or Ctrl = punch
Right Alt or Ctrl + up = kick
F1 = infinite lives (cheat screen), one player
F2 = unlimited time (cheat screen), two players
F3/F4 = start level (cheat screen)
