As Supreme Commander, issue orders to minimize tension and hostility to prevent war, with the ultimate goal of worldwide nuclear disarmament.
On the opening screen, Left click, then once more when prompted on the title screen
Your command center has several different control panels to perform various game functions.
Use mouse to select, then Left click on the desired panel to open command/message windows.
The small purple rectangle on the left hand side of the control panel is your message board.
The panel left of center is the military panel for satellite surveillance, radar masking, and troop deployment.
The center panel displays nuclear capability, technology level, and natural resources levels.
The panel right of center is the main control panel.
Left click the appropriate gray buttons to execute the various commands.
Occasionally a window will randomly appear with encoded scrolling text.
Use the various code cracking techniques by Left clicking the buttons at the bottom of the encoded text window, if you are unable to crack the code, Left click 'Enigma'.
This game is unpredictable and difficult to play, so here are some pointers:
Placement of satellites over the middle east and Japan immediately is CRUCIAL.
Position SDI satellites over borders of aggressive countries for maximum effect.
Reduce nuclear arsenals immediately, and remind countries to improve relations.
Countries refusing to comply must be dealt with by UN forces.
Distribute resources and technology evenly while continuing to reduce nuclear stockpiles worldwide.
REPRIMAND aggressive countries and ignore them, but NEVER DISAGREE with them. |
