Kong

1. A round will last 48 hours and be divided into two 24 hour parts.
2. The first 24 hours will be the competition day.
3. The second 24 hours will be the rest day.
4. During the contest day
   1. A mod will post a game link near noon EST.
   2. Everyone on your team will have until noon EST of the next day to compete for the high score.
5. During the rest day
   1. The scores will be moderated and added to the score board.
   2. The scores for each team will be averaged.
   3. The team with the highest average will bench a member.
      1. You bench a member by posting their name.
      2. If the winning team fails to bench a member by the end of the rest day then they skip their turn and no one is benched.
      3. If there is a tie then no one is benched.
6. If a team member does not submit a score then their score is zero and it hurts your average.
7. If you do not have 8 members on your team then the remaining slots are filled by ghost players that submit zeros. You have to bench the ghosts like regular members.
8. The team that benches all of their players first wins.
9. This contest should last around a month.

The first link will be posted today, Friday, August 28th, at noon EST.

The first team to beat both Shinobi » Coin Op and Earthbound » Super Nintendo will get to call any benched player from an opposing team back in.

Earthbound: Select Full Mode. Rename Ness to Titan to prove you did not have a head start. Record a movie or screenshot of the last scene of the game. An example screenshot is attached. It should say Titan instead of Ness.

Shinobi: Select Score Mode. The screen to submit on is attached.

Just to make sure that I have this correct. After the Link is posted on the game, then the next day the game starts correct?
So say tomorrow (Friday) the link is posted. The challenge will begin on Saturday.

I think if its posted at noon on friday, then its the 24 hour period from friday @ 12:00 til saturday @ 12:00. Then the 2nd part is from saturday @ 12:00 til sunday @ 12:00. Its pretty late and I could be understanding it wrong.

Begins as soon as the link is posted. So you have from noon Fridat to noon Saturday EST to play the first game. Your team's score is the average of everyone on your team including zeros.

Retro Uprising - Arcade - Punch-Out!!
Select Score Mode.
You can continue once by inserting a second quarter. Press F12 to submit your score. End to fast forward. Z is a left punch, X is a right punch and C is a super punch that you can use when it says put him away.
I am the only one that can see scores in this game and I wont look until tomorrow. They are hidden from all other mods.

You can only submit one score per session. To submit a second score click play in ArcadeOX Score Mode again.

Does it only take the highest scores from each member? Or all scores submitted get averaged as well?

Highest scores from each member get averaged into one score. So if i made a score of 500 it wouldnt count if I got a score of 1000.

Not sure what you are saying but this is how it goes:

ALL team member submit their best score (non-submissions count as zero). The scores are then averaged into a team score. The team with the highest score then chooses one member to "bench" or take out of the game. The team that "benches" their entire team first, wins.

Example:
Team 1 Scores

Average
3600/4 = 900

Team 2 Scores
1000

Average
3800/4 = 950

So team 2 would choose a member to "bench".

Hey Kongo, I hate to have to break it to you, but everyone can see everyone else's scores on the High Score table screen. It's not hidden there, so everything submitted so far appears on that screen. It's like what happens before a score has been approved in the queue. It still shows on the high score screen it's just not in any particular order.
