When I was a kid I did a similar thing with the first Tecmo Bowl for the NES. I won the Super Bowl with each team and tried to play various teams in the Super Bowl each time. I even attempt to keep stats since the game didn't keep them but that became a tedious and never worked out.
Also, great job on re-taking the high score. Going to be tough to over come a score like that.
Thanks, I've always loved Tecmo Super Bowl and also love the challenge of maintaining the high score. Every time I set the high score I feel like it's the best I'll ever play a single game and then someone outpaces me and I have to find a way to play an even more perfect game.
